Everyone has different experiences and needs when it comes to food and nutrition. Your nutrition plan includes evidence-based recommendations that consider your personal situation and health conditions.

My specialty is weight management with a focus on developing healthy relationships with food. Our lives are often complicated by more than one medical condition, so my nutrition services are tailored to any of the following conditions, diets, or goals:
